Shipping Policy
We are committed to deliver your order with our plastic free packaging within a satisfactory time frame. Once your order is confirmed with us, it is packed and shipped within 48 hours of you placing the order, except on Sundays and public holidays.
To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with shipment details and a tracking ID. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Your order should reach you within 7-10 working days under normal circumstances.
Any queries/concerns related to deliveries should be escalated to the support team connect@greenfootprintshop.com within 48 hrs of the product received by the customer.
Returns Policy
We are sure you’ll never want to return a GreenFootPrint product except in an unfortunate event that the product you’ve received is damaged/wrong. In such a case:
- If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
- Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
- Products can be returned within 8 days from the date of delivery, subject to certain conditions.
- Also, please call our customer care at or email us at None mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
- Simply contact us via email connect@greenfootprintshop.com with your order number and attach a photo of the invoice & product to be returned.
- We will respond to your email within 24 hours and arrange to ship a freshly packed order to you as we intended the first time.
In case your do not want that product anymore, the cancellation has to be initiated within a stipulated time frame and before it leaves the warehouse ,
Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are provided for PREPAID orders only.
- Your refund will be initiated within 3 working days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.
- Your refund is estimated to be credited to the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund.
- Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple external agencies such as banks, and payment gateways.
How to cancel an order?
- In case your do not want that product anymore, the cancellation has to be initiated within a stipulated time frame and before it leaves the warehouse .

- If the order is pre-paid, we will refund the amount to you within 5 business days of us receiving your cancellation request.
